About this caliber
Entirely developed, produced and assembled in the Chopard High Watchmaking workshops, the hand-wound mechanical L.U.C 98.06-L movement beats to a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour (4 Hz) and possesses a power reserve of 192 hours (8 days) thanks to Quattro technology, a system invented and patented by Chopard that combines two pairs of coaxial barrels, a particularly remarkable technical achievement considering the extreme slenderness of the movement at just 4.85 mm thick.
